Webnet provides all users with services to register nicks, register and maintain channels, and to communicate with registered users even when they are not online. 

Nickserv provides us with commands that pertain to registering and securing your nick. It also controls the options available to all registered nicks.

Chanserv provides us with all the comands that pertain to registering and maintaining our very own channels.

Memoserv allows us to leave messages for registered users even when they are not online. A nice feature to keep in touch with friends.

Channel Modes and User Modesallow us to add and control other features for our nicks and channels
